As 1992 comes to a close, the Mission announces its agreement to purchase the old Capp Towers in downtown St. Paul to house its Naomi Family Center (now Naomi Family Residence). This unique residential center is a haven for women and children who are struggling with homelessness and poverty, battling addiction or escaping abuse. Beyond a safe place to sleep, Naomi provides residents with individualized case management and programs designed to foster spiritual growth and develop self-sufficiency.
